Building Commissioning Services

The government authority located in Reading, Massachusetts, requires a vendor to provide offsite building commissioning services for the Reading Center for Active Living from the vendor's own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals and limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations only. To qualify, bidders must possess a minimum of five full years of commissioning experience and must have served as the lead commissioning authority for at least three projects of comparable size, type, and scope.
