The City of Newberg seeks a highly qualified multi-disciplinary law firm to provide City Attorney personal legal services at billing rates rounded to the nearest fifteen minutes. The vendor must provide legal skills in business contract law, Oregon land use law, general municipal law, and state and federal employment law. Performance of the work will occur onsite in Oregon. Eligibility limits participation to vendors located within the USA. Responding firms must identify company officers who will serve as legal counsel for the listed disciplines and provide résumés demonstrating their years of experience and legal practice in Oregon. The buyer hosts a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on September 11, 2026. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online by October 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific. The buyer currently looks for budget proposals. Obtaining the main request for proposals document requires an additional five-dollar payment.
