Feasibility Study Services

The government authority located in Texas seeks a vendor to provide offsite feasibility study services. The buyer requires the vendor to review recommendations offered by the Engineer and approve or reject any or all work performed under the contract. The buyer also needs processing of periodic payment requests submitted by the Engineer, coordination and scheduling of site visits, and submittal of documentation to regulatory agencies for review and comment when specified. Additionally, the buyer requires review and approval of typical roadway and bridge cross sections created by the Engineer, review of work progress, and final acceptance of all documents. The buyer provides available planimetric mapping, aerial photography, and a Digital Terrain Model for the corridor. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The buyer requests proposals for the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 10, 2026.
