Actuarial Consulting services

The government authority in Alabama requires a USA-based vendor to provide actuarial consulting services performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. The buyer seeks an executive summary, assumptions and methods covering data, assets, weighted average tuition, tuition inflation, investment return, tuition payment, cancellations, school choice, and administration expenses. Additionally, the buyer requires a summary of funding and projected cash flow. The selected vendor must provide recommendations and guidance regarding the actuarial soundness of the Program to increase benefits paid, supply associated scenarios, and recommend strategies for maintaining a fully funded status. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations only. The buyer currently solicits proposals for the budget and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than September 10, 2026.
