The government authority located in Oakland, CA, requires a USA-based vendor to provide daily, Monday through Friday janitorial services. The requested scope covers the basement and floors 1 through 15, excluding floors 3 through 5, totaling approximately 43,000 square feet per floor. Required tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, and damp mopping floors in restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and break areas; vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets and mats; dusting and polishing office furniture; and cleaning woodwork, partitions, baseboards, walls, entrance doorway windows, window coverings, and restroom mirrors.
