Radon Measurement and Testing Professional Services

The Town of Normal, IL requires a vendor to provide radon measurement and testing professional services for a one-year contract period. The selected contractor must perform pre- and post-mitigation radon testing in coordination with the Town and homeowners. For every completed test, the contractor must generate a detailed summary report that includes the tested locations, interval results, and final average. To receive payment and submit required reports, the contractor must establish a Town Contractor account and utilize the Town’s Neighborly portal. Eligible vendors must operate onshore within the USA, and the contractor must perform all work onsite. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed evaluation criteria.
