These professionals will not provide clinical medical care but will focus strictly on educational, advisory, and human performance optimization services. Services shall be performed at multiple locations, including sites in Pinellas Park, FL; Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ; Gillem Enclave, GA; Fort Snelling, MN; Fort McCoy, WI; Tampa, FL; Columbia, SC; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; and Fort Jackson, SC. Contractor personnel must be prepared for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to align with Army Reserve training, and must be available for regular travel to subordinate unit locations. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 12-month base period, one 12-month option period, and a potential 6-month extension. All contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens and must be able to obtain and maintain a Confidential security clearance. Interested parties should possess experience in providing human performance services to athletic or tactical populations and must meet the specific professional education, certification, and licensure requirements detailed in the solicitation. This synopsis is not a request for proposal; it is a pre-solicitation notice. The full solicitation with the complete Performance Work Statement will be made available at a later date.
