Competitive Youth Soccer Programming Services

The City of Margate, Florida seeks a qualified firm to deliver competitive youth soccer programming services and a comprehensive youth soccer and multi-sport community programming platform. The selected vendor must assume the sole provider role for competitive youth soccer in the city and collaboratively support existing municipal recreational soccer programs that use city-owned fields and facilities. The scope requires the vendor to establish and maintain necessary staffing, finances, programming, and facilities maintenance, fulfilling all associated obligations onsite. Only onshore USA vendors qualify for this opportunity. Offerors must submit sealed proposals to the Purchasing Division by mail or hand delivery, or digitally via email or online, by 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The city seeks proposals to determine the budget and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, re-advertise, or award the contract in whole or in part to one or more offerors.
