Medical Bill Review and Payment Services

The buyer requires medical bill review and payment services for its self-insured, self-administered workers' compensation program. The buyer needs a consultant to receive invoices from healthcare providers, perform bill review and handling, apply network discounts, manage medical bill denials, and pay providers directly or through a separate contract. The vendor must utilize existing preferred physician, pharmacy, and durable medical equipment networks, and communicate daily and urgent matters to the buyer's Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst and management. Eligible vendors must be a USA-only organization and perform the work offsite at their own office location. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 21, 2026.
