Medical Third-Party Administrator Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide medical third-party administrator services. The requested scope includes claims administration, medical case management, utilization review, disease management, medical network access, COBRA administration, wellness services, and 24/7 telemedicine services. The selected vendor must process claim benefit payments according to district plan designs, supply claims forms, correspond with participants and providers, and determine payable benefits based on district medical necessity guidelines. Additional duties include providing account management, maintaining employee and employer portals, delivering customer service Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona time, presenting benefits, attending open enrollment meetings, managing ID cards, and administering electronic eligibility files from Employee Access. The buyer restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations and mandates offsite performance of the work.
