Carnival Operator Services

The buyer requires a carnival operator to provide a fully safe and operational carnival for the county fair, including quality rides, games, concessions, food booths, and novelty stands. The contractor must set up a separate "Kiddie Land" area within the general carnival space containing rides specifically for smaller children. The operator must fully assemble and operate all rides, concessions, and stands at least one hour before the fair opens each day. Ride periods must last a minimum of three minutes, including loading and unloading time, unless mutually changed.
