Strategic Energy Management Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to deliver strategic energy management services for large institutional and commercial property portfolios. The selected provider must establish data-driven energy optimization strategies and implement an existing statistical- and behavioral-focused energy management program. Required tasks include recruiting firms, conducting outreach events, negotiating client agreements, assessing facilities, leading improvement trainings and events, documenting results, producing quarterly and annual summary reports, creating occupant energy awareness programs, and developing project proposals covering behavioral changes, training, equipment rebates, building management controls, power factor, or other improvements. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer requires digital response submissions via email or online and requests proposals to determine the budget. The contract period spans two years.
