Certification and Implementation Assistance Community Rating System

The City of Greeley, Colorado, requires engineering and planning consultants to assist in preparing for and obtaining recognition through the Community Rating System (CRS). The selected vendor must evaluate the city's floodplain management, stormwater, drainage, mitigation, mapping, public information, and related programs. Key deliverables include a GIS and impact adjustment map strategy, a public information and education strategy, a CRS documentation and recordkeeping program compatible with existing systems like Forerunner, staff training, and a mock Community Assistance Visit with a corrective-action matrix.
