Strategic Plan Consulting Services

The Township seeks a USA-based vendor to provide strategic plan consulting services. The selected firm, coordinating with Township staff, must handle all project management, material development, and community outreach facilitation. The requested scope includes effective project management, a communications and outreach plan, analysis and findings, core values, vision, and mission development, an action plan, plan maintenance, a compilation document, and data/intellectual property ownership. The buyer requires extensive public involvement using innovative outreach strategies to engage a broad cross-section of the community, specifically including residents who do not typically participate in civic dialogue. The vendor must perform the work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
