Affordable Housing Attorney Service

The Township of Hamilton, NJ requires a vendor to provide affordable housing attorney services to represent the government authority in all judicial and administrative proceedings involving affordable housing matters, including builder's remedy litigation. The selected attorney will represent the Township or any of its officers or agencies whenever they are a party or hold an interest in these matters. The buyer specifies a contract period of one year, and the performance of the work will occur offsite. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA vendors. For the budget, the buyer is looking for proposals. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026.
