State Legislative Advocacy Services

The government authority in Cupertino, California requires an onshore USA organization to provide state legislative advocacy and government relations services. The selected consultant must perform work offsite to assist in developing and implementing the City's legislative strategy and advocacy plan. Scope requirements include tracking legislation, delivering signed bill position letters to relevant legislators and stakeholders, and providing electronic reports such as summaries, matrices, bill language, and analyses. Additionally, the consultant must prepare materials, attend City Council meetings in person or via Zoom, answer questions, and create engaging ideas to present legislative wrap-up information to the Council and community during a December meeting.
