Economic Assessment Service

The buyer requires an economic assessment service to support planning and investment decisions for a hydrogen corridor across one or more long-haul trucking routes in Nova Scotia. The selected vendor must identify business model funding gaps and suggest options to close them, deliver summary reporting and financial analyses for investment decisions, and assist in creating a phased implementation roadmap. Scope items include assessing growth planning for the A-1 scenario, evaluating central and decentral supply options, reviewing technology and commercial readiness, conducting sensitivity analyses, and establishing the minimum viable deployment scale. Eligible bidders must be onshore Canada organizations. The successful vendor will perform all work offsite. Interested parties can submit proposals digitally through email or online.
