RFI for Domestic Preparedness Training Delivery Services - Sources Sought

The buyer, a government authority located in Washington, DC, seeks a vendor to provide domestic preparedness training delivery services. The scope requires comprehensive digital training delivery and production support to deliver synchronous and asynchronous instruction to state, local, tribal, and territorial audiences. To accomplish this, the vendor must supply instructors, subject matter experts, media specialists, production staff, learning technology support, quality control support, and accessibility support personnel. These personnel will create, record, edit, package, support, and sustain various digital instructional products, such as online courses, Virtual Instructor-Led Training, video-based training, micro-learning segments, and mobile-enabled training content for Government-approved platforms. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The vendor must perform the work onsite. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
