Strategic Plan Update Consultant Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide strategic plan update consultant services. The selected consultant must review the current strategic plan and related materials, analyze economic trends and development opportunities, conduct targeted stakeholder engagement, and facilitate strategic planning workshops. Additionally, the consultant must translate strategic priorities into actionable strategies, synthesize findings into clear recommendations, communicate the board's value, maintain regular communication, and produce a concise strategic plan with an implementation framework. To eligible to bid, organizations must be USA-based (Onshore). The buyer requires offsite performance of the work and requests proposals for the budget. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
