Event Production, Audio, Visual, Lighting and Staging Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive event production, audio, visual, lighting, staging, video production, livestreaming, recording, and related technical services for a five-year contract period. The requested scope includes professional multi-camera video production, integration of university-provided media, and commencement production featuring professional personnel and optional university-approved confetti deployment. Additionally, the vendor must deliver a fully mastered digital recording of each ceremony. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
