Public Outreach Services

The buyer requires focused public outreach services associated with the draft environmental document circulation period and the completion of the Project Approval/Environmental Document phase. The selected consultant must provide public hearing support, circulation period follow-up, preferred alternative notification, and final outreach documentation. For the in-person public hearing, the consultant must coordinate with a previously selected venue, confirm meeting logistics, coordinate audiovisual services, accessibility accommodations, interpretation services, signage, and material needs, support setup and breakdown, and supply outreach staffing. Additionally, the consultant must assist with compiling, organizing, categorizing, and documenting public comments. The buyer also expects the vendor to provide available outreach materials and work products from a previous agreement. Only onshore USA organizations may apply, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposal pricing and does not state a set budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 16, 2026.
