Hearing Examiner Consulting Services

The City of Kenmore, WA requires a USA-based vendor to provide hearing examiner consulting services. The selected contractor will act as a secondary judicial body to conduct public hearings, preside over applications for Type 3 land use decisions, and handle administrative decision appeals. The scope of work includes preparing written findings of fact, conclusions of law, and final decisions or recommendations, all issued timely as prescribed by law. Additionally, the vendor must provide hearing recordings and transcripts. Performance of the work will take place onsite or offsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 22, 2026.
