The buyer requires the selected vendor to review hydraulic and hydrology studies for conformance with accepted engineering techniques for designating 100-year flood elevations. Additionally, the contractor must review Environmental Impact Assessment reports for Code compliance regarding hydrogeology and climatic water balance, which a Delaware-registered Professional Geologist may certify. The buyer also needs the vendor to review post-construction verification documents for stormwater management facilities, private storm sewer systems, and private streets to ensure compliance with approved plans, Codes, and Regulations. Finally, the vendor must visit land development application sites upon initial receipt to assess site characteristics, adjacent properties, resources, and receiving stormwater conveyance systems. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible for this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions by September 18, 2026. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget.
