Tiny Home Village Operations and Services

The government authority in Tacoma, Washington seeks a vendor to provide tiny home village operations and services. The buyer requires comprehensive site infrastructure and services, including potable water, sanitary sewer, electrical service, solid waste collection, hygiene facilities with toilets and showers, laundry facilities, and kitchen and food preparation facilities. Additionally, the buyer needs community and staff space, emergency vehicle and service access, and site security featuring lighting, fencing, and controlled access to meet applicable health, safety, building, fire, and land use requirements. Eligible applicants include USA-based onshore entities such as housing and homeless service providers, property management organizations, behavioral health providers, workforce development groups, faith-based organizations, public agencies, Tribal organizations, and other entities with relevant capacity. The vendor must perform all work onsite. The buyer requests budget proposals from vendors and sets the deadline to submit all questions for September 23, 2026.
