Counsellors and Education Staff Services

The government authority in Atlantic, NJ, requires a vendor to provide counsellors and education staff services. The selected vendor must evaluate and interview all program attendees using evaluation instruments, driving record reviews, blood alcohol concentration at arrest, and other relevant information to refer individuals to an appropriate treatment level after their detention at the intoxicated driver resource center. Additionally, the vendor must deliver educational instruction using the Intoxicated Driving Program approved curriculum, hold certification or designee status to provide the curriculum, and attend required educational training sessions. Eligible vendors must be a USA-based onshore organization. The vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget, and vendors must submit all questions no later than September 21, 2026.
