Open-Source Analyst Services

The buyer requires open-source analyst and support services for a government authority located in Gatineau, QC. The contractor must deliver ongoing investigative support for violations, offer technical assistance on open-source and social media issues, and assist in collecting evidence from digital platforms. The scope encompasses implementing passive collection strategies to an evidentiary standard for content across X, Facebook, blogs, chatrooms, message boards, social networks, and video or image-sharing websites. Additionally, the contractor must contribute to analytical methods, policies, and procedures, prepare written reports, and brief investigators and management on relevant trends affecting the electoral process.
