Corporate Strategic Plan Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a corporate strategic plan service for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must develop a practical Corporate Strategic Plan for 2027–2031, refine strategic priorities through engagement, and create an implementable, measurable, and transparent plan. The vendor will integrate emerging trends, review existing engagement findings and corporate documents, identify gaps, and provide strategic validation, advisory services, council engagement, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the vendor must finalize the strategic plan and establish an implementation, performance, and reporting framework. Performance of the work will take place offsite. To qualify, vendors must meet the onshore eligibility requirement restricted to Canada only. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
