Pilot Initiatives Service

The government authority located in Providence, RI, seeks a vendor to provide a pilot initiatives service under a one-year contract. The buyer requires the vendor to execute Task 1 (Planning) by establishing partnership agreements, conducting assessments, onboarding personnel, developing procedures, and securing necessary venues and materials. Within 60 days of the project start, the vendor must begin Task 2 (Implementation), continuously refine the approach, track the number served, and create a sustainability plan for post-funding operations and long-term food security for recovery housing residents. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA vendors only. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
