Stormwater Master Plan Services

The City of Clemson, SC seeks a consulting firm to develop a comprehensive, city-wide Stormwater Master Plan. The selected vendor must identify flooding issues, assess the existing stormwater system, and analyze and update the current Capital Improvement Plan to include a 10-to-15-year CIP with cost estimates. Additionally, the buyer requires the vendor to evaluate the current stormwater management program, update the fee analysis and structure, and recommend funding improvements to mitigate future flood damage. The buyer provides its existing GIS network and infrastructure data to support this effort. The buyer limits eligibility to USA organizations and requires the vendor to perform all work offsite.
