Janitorial Services

The buyer requires comprehensive janitorial and floor-care services for two floors of Hall. The winning contractor must perform these services twice per week over a five-year contract period. The scope includes dusting horizontal surfaces, furnishings, chair legs, and HVAC vents; vacuuming carpets; sweeping and mopping hard floors; cleaning doors, frames, stairways, hallways, and common areas; and removing trash to designated areas. To qualify, bidders must be a onshore USA organization and perform all work onsite. The buyer welcomes proposals to establish the budget. Interested contractors can submit responses digitally by email or online. The buyer will hold a mandatory or optional pre-bid walkthrough on September 23, 2026.
