Commission Youth Justice Strategic Plan Services

The buyer seeks a USA-based community-based organization to provide youth justice strategic plan services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must deliver immediate, short-term sanctions and services for low-level juvenile offenders referred by local schools and designated police stations. To promote positive youth development, reduce recidivism, and support long-term self-sufficiency, the vendor must deliver intensive one-on-one assessment, support, and case management starting prior to facility release and continuing through community reintegration. Required service components include community-based youth supportive services, mental health services and supports, prosocial activities and recreation, and social media and cyberbullying education. Vendors may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
