The government authority in Washington, DC seeks a US-based organization to provide offsite legal services for general utility matters. The buyer requires counsel to advocate for safe, reliable, high-quality utility service and equitable treatment at just, reasonable, and non-discriminatory rates. The selected vendor must assist individual consumers in disputes with utility providers and deliver legal assistance, education, and outreach to consumers, ratepayers, community groups, associations, and the consumer utility board.
