Technical Support Services

The City of Burlington, Vermont requires a vendor to provide technical support services for its industrial pretreatment program over a three-year contract period. The requested scope includes assisting with Industrial User sampling, program implementation planning, local limits evaluations, Industrial User identification, permit preparation, inspections, compliance monitoring, and data review. Additionally, the buyer needs support with enforcement actions, annual reporting, updating pretreatment regulations, developing program procedures, and creating educational materials for staff and Industrial Users. Work performance requires both onshore, USA-only eligibility and a combination of onsite and offsite execution. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and sets a deadline for all vendor questions of September 25, 2026.
