Program Administrator Service for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Farmers Competitive Grant

The New York government authority seeks a program administrator for its Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Farmers Competitive Grant. The selected vendor must conduct educational and promotional activities, receive and evaluate proposals, and issue grant awards. Additionally, the administrator must draft, execute, and monitor grant award agreements containing performance and expenditure reporting requirements. The vendor will facilitate technical assistance to awardees and submit periodic progress reports detailing committed funds, awardee locations, and project statuses to the Department. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations. The vendor will perform the work both onsite and offsite. The buyer accepts digital proposal submissions through email or online and requests proposals to determine the budget. A pre-bid meeting will take place on September 15, 2026.
