Sustainability Plant Update Service

The government authority located in Lansing, MI requires a vendor to provide a sustainability plant update service offsite. The buyer needs the selected vendor to update and integrate the Sustainability Action Plan (SAP) and Climate Action Plan (CAP) into a single comprehensive planning document. Additionally, the scope requires the vendor to develop a planning-level Climate Vulnerability Assessment, perform a financial assessment and business case, and create a climate-focused decision-making framework. This project updates existing plans to reflect current conditions, incorporate recent accomplishments, identify emerging priorities, and establish an implementation plan for policy, operational, and capital investment decisions. The updated plan will deliver an integrated roadmap addressing greenhouse gas reduction, climate adaptation initiatives, resilience planning, implementation priorities, funding strategies, and performance measures. To qualify, the buyer limits eligibility exclusively to USA-based onshore organizations. The buyer does not provide a fixed budget amount and asks bidders to submit proposals.
