Janitorial Services

The government authority located in Louisa, VA seeks a vendor to provide janitorial services for a one-year contract period. The buyer provides paper products, toilet tissue, hand towels, trash bags, and soap. The vendor must supply all labor, supervision, cleaning products, equipment, and other necessary supplies to perform the required onsite work. The vendor must execute specific cleaning duties twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays. Required tasks include emptying trash and shredders, replacing soiled can liners, vacuuming rugs, sweeping, damp mopping, sanitizing hard surface flooring and baseboards, and removing scuff marks. Additionally, the vendor must clean and disinfect drinking fountains, scour and polish sinks, and thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom toilets and urinals, replacing urinal screens as needed.
