The government authority in Oak Harbor, Ohio requires a vendor to provide complete janitorial services for its entire building. The requested scope includes vacuuming all carpet and vacuuming and mopping all other flooring. The selected vendor must dust all surfaces, wipe down the upstairs breakroom sink and faucets, polish and disinfect drinking fountains, and disinfect interior railings and exterior and interior door knobs. Additionally, the vendor must clean and disinfect restroom toilets, urinals, handles, railings, floors, sinks, faucets, changing tables, and mirrors. Scope responsibilities also require inspecting and cleaning interior windows and display exterior glass, replenishing paper and soap dispensers, emptying garbage cans, inserting trash liners, and placing garbage in designated dumpsters. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The buyer requires onsite work performance and asks bidders to submit proposals for the budget.
