Security Training Services

The government authority located in Ontario requires a vendor to provide a three-day security services training program for a two-year contract period. The requested scope includes delivering training on tactical communication, enabling legislation, officer safety principles, physical defense skills, handcuffing, baton techniques, dynamic simulations, and report writing. The vendor must incorporate new staff into the program, maintain up-to-date legislation with current case law, and review past incident reports and evaluations to develop curriculum for each session. The buyer mandates two instructors per day and an actor on the third day. Eligible vendors must be onshore within Canada, and work performance will occur onsite.
