The State of Hawaii, Department of Human Services, Med-QUEST Division seeks qualified onshore USA organizations to provide consultant support for health care services. The buyer requires professional consulting, policy development, and implementation support services across a broad portfolio of Med-QUEST Division initiatives. The buyer will perform work offsite and award one contract based on the best overall value, running from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The buyer requires a proposal for the budget.
