Scheduled Fire and Emergency Alarm Monitoring Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide scheduled fire and emergency alarm monitoring services via cellular service for its facilities in South Dakota. The contractor must monitor trouble, supervisory, and fire alarm signals twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, using cellular dialers programmed to communicate with the contractor's chosen central station. Additionally, the vendor must provide web-based access to monitor fire alarm systems, view history, and place systems on test when necessary.
