Request for Information (RFI): Vehicle Integrated Point Enhanced RADIAC (VIPER)

The buyer seeks market survey responses to identify potential industry sources capable of providing Vehicle Integrated Platform Enhanced RADIAC (VIPER) development, testing, and platform integration support. The required scope includes modernizing platform-mounted monitoring capabilities to provide network-capable, integrated gamma dose rate, total dose, and prompt dose detection and monitoring both inside and outside various U.S. Army ground-based and aviation platforms. Vendors may choose to submit a response based on the general public information or request access to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Technical Specification Summary attachment. To receive the CUI document, vendors must provide proof of an active Joint Certification Program DD Form 2345, evidence of a NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment in SPRS, evidence of a completed CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, and a signed statement confirming compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012 safeguarding requirements.
