The replacement solution should support workforce readiness, personnel availability, qualifications, certifications, training, deployment tracking, incident and event staffing, force package management, equipment assignment, reporting, analytics, secure cloud hosting, and interoperability with existing FEMA and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) systems.
