Third Party Administrator Employee Benefits Cafeteria Plan Administration Online Benefits Management Administration Cobra Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive third-party administrator (TPA) employee benefits cafeteria plan services, online benefits management, Section 403(b)(7)/457 administration, and COBRA services. The vendor must deliver full administration services, including an online enrollment system for all benefit plans, integration with the district’s financial systems, Section 125 administration, optional on-site enrollment support, and a call center for employee inquiries. Additionally, the vendor must maintain a computerized system to collect, assimilate, and integrate program data, while supplying up-to-date information upon employee request. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations only and mandates offsite performance of the work. The contract spans a one-year period.
