FBI Training Support Services

The FBI requires a USA-based vendor to provide training support services located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The buyer demands a scope of work covering the fundamentals of software reverse engineering and binary analysis, static and dynamic analysis techniques, and the use of reverse-engineering tools to examine compiled binaries. Additional required subjects include code navigation, control-flow analysis, data-flow analysis, and the identification of program structures, functions, and algorithms. The vendor must deliver instruction on examining application behavior and interactions with operating system components, techniques for analyzing multiple processor architectures or binary formats, and practical exercises involving real-world analysis scenarios. Eligible vendors must be USA organizations only. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
