Designer Services

The government authority located in West Springfield, MA requires a USA-based vendor to provide professional designer and construction administration services on site. The buyer needs the designer to conduct a Feasibility Study that evaluates potential alternative solutions. The scope initially continues through the Schematic Design Phase of the preferred alternative. Required Schematic Design elements include a site development plan, environmental assessment, geotechnical assessment and analysis, code analysis, utility analysis, schematic building floor plans, schematic exterior building elevations, and narrative building systems descriptions, alongside all information mandated by the buyer's Feasibility Study Guidelines. The buyer requests budget proposals from interested vendors. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 9, 2026.
