Bus Advertising Service

Metro seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive bus advertising service for its fixed route and paratransit bus fleets. The buyer grants the awarded firm exclusive rights to sell, design, install, maintain, and remove approved local, regional, and national advertising inside and outside the buses. The selected contractor must accept advertising from bona fide businesses, maintain appropriate staffing throughout the five-year contract term, ensure all displays maintain a neat and professional appearance, and obtain Metro's approval for any contract that does not advertise goods or services. Eligible vendors must be USA-based onshore organizations, and all work performance will occur offsite. Metro is currently looking for proposals and has not provided a specific budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 25, 2026.
