Compensation and Benefits Survey Service

The buyer, a government authority located in Washington, DC, requires a compensation and benefits survey service provider to develop, administer, and deliver benchmarking services. The selected vendor must provide market data, reporting, and analytical tools to support strategic compensation planning, pay equity, executive compensation benchmarking, and total cash analysis. Additionally, the scope encompasses benchmarking health, welfare, retirement, paid leave, flexible work, and wellness benefits. The vendor must secure data collection, validate data, apply job matching methodologies, and offer online survey platform access with interactive dashboards and custom reports. To be eligible, vendors must operate onshore within the USA only. Work performance will occur both offsite and onsite for a contract period of one year.
