The buyer seeks a vendor to provide document destruction services for a government authority in Waukee, IA. The requested scope includes the secure collection, transportation, destruction, recycling, disposal, documentation, and reporting of confidential and non-confidential records. The buyer requires vendors to provide secure locked collection containers in 32-gallon, 64-gallon, and 96-gallon sizes, manage scheduling and pickup services, and maintain security and chain of custody. The vendor must perform work either on-site using mobile shredding equipment or off-site at a secure facility to render all destroyed materials unreadable, unrecoverable, and incapable of reconstruction. Eligibility restricts applicants to onshore USA organizations only. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and will execute a contract for a three-year period.
