The City of Casselberry, Florida requires professional civil engineering services on an as-needed, when-needed basis. The buyer demands planning, studies, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction-phase services, construction engineering inspection, and related professional services for City-owned or City-managed public infrastructure and facilities. The buyer mandates the development of a comprehensive new Stormwater and Lakes Management Master Plan, which includes inventory, modeling, water-quality, capital-programming, funding, and implementation work. The selected vendor will also accept individual assignments for stormwater, lakes management, drainage, roadway, site/civil, resilience, and general civil engineering.
