Emergency Communications Division Remodel Services

The government authority in Stockton, CA requires a vendor to provide emergency communications division remodel services. The requested scope includes removing and disposing of existing floor tile, casework, countertops, backsplash, sink, range, light fixtures, and an HVAC diffuser. The vendor must salvage, reinstall, and reconnect the existing garbage disposal and under-sink water filtration system, and protect or reinstall the existing microwave. Additional tasks include installing new upper and lower casework, replacing an accessible kitchen drain line, installing a cold water supply line and shutoff valve for a refrigerator, relocating or adding electrical receptacles and switches, installing a new HVAC diffuser, preparing and painting walls, trim, and ceilings, and laying new 24” x 24” floor tile with a 6” rubber base.
